Why not start your day right with an hour-long early morning Yoga?
Yoga helps you to build strenght, increase flexibility and gain focus. A blend of classical
hatha yoga vinyasa-style flow and mindfulness relaxation will help to invigorate and prepare
your body and mind for the day ahead.
Yogi (teacher of yoga)
Your yogi is Mark - trained through the Satyananda Yoga Centre. Mark has been a teacher
for 35 years. He has a flexible approach to yoga classes, adapting to the needs of the class.
His classes are comfortable place for both the beginners and intermediates.
The classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30am.
Price: £6 or £50 for 10 classes
